On behalf of the State of Alabama, a member of the Gulf Coast Ecosystem Restoration Council (or “Federal” Council), the Alabama Department of Conservation and Natural Resources (ADCNR) is hosting a public meeting and webinars to provide information about the RESTORE Act and to seek input from the public.
