GulfQuest Executive Director, Mike Dow, is pleased to announce that the maritime museum will host executives of the Gulf of Mexico Alliance (GOMA) on Wednesday, June 5 for a Press Conference at 9 AM.
GOMA Executive Director, Laura Bowie, will review the history of the organization, it’s broad coalition of partnerships, and the priority issues currently being addressed. She will also provide details on the 2019 “All Hands” annual meeting and workshops taking place at the Lodge at Gulf State Park June10-13.
“Gulf-Quest is a natural choice to host this event as we share similar missions in protecting, preserving and educating others on this wonderful asset called the Gulf of Mexico”, explained Mike Dow. “Many of our exhibits provide hands-on experiences that allow folks to gain an understanding of the value of the Gulf and the issues affecting its health.”
