The public is invited to join a training session and presentation on how to use: CWPPRA’s newly released Coastwide Reference Monitoring System (CRMS) website. The deadline to register is Tuesday, September 11, 2018.
The Coastwide Reference Monitoring System (CRMS), funded through the Coastal Wetlands, Planning, Protection and Restoration Act Task Force and the State of Louisiana, provides data for several monitoring parameters including land to water ratios, surface water salinity, surface water temperature, water levels, soil porewater, vegetation, soil characteristics, marsh surface elevation, and accretion.
This training will present the newly released CRMS website and will also demonstrate how to download coastal protection and restoration project monitoring data.
