Funding Opportunities

The Gulf of Mexico Alliance is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to assist with the removal of vessels in south Galveston and east Brazoria counties in Texas. The selected contractor is responsible for removing, transporting, and legally disposing of all the vessels listed in the RFP.

Due to impacts of Hurricane Beryl, it is possible that this request for proposal will be postponed while the state of Texas reassesses vessel locations and removal options. If the RFP is postponed or the deadline is extended, all interested parties/applicants will receive notification by email from no later than Friday, July 19, 2024.
