The Gulf of Mexico Alliance is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to assist with the removal of abandoned and derelict vessels along the United States Gulf Coast. Vessels in this Request for Proposal (RFP) are located in south Galveston County, Texas. The vessels have been deemed “abandoned” by the State of Texas. The selected contractor will be responsible for removing, transporting, and legally disposing of the vessels.
