GOMA all hands meeting 2025

Save the date! The GOMA All Hands Meeting 2025 will be May 5-8, 2025, in Biloxi, MS, at the Golden Nugget.

Join us as we bring together more than 500 partners from state and federal agencies, academia, non-profits, and industry from across the region to plan projects that improve the Gulf Coast and implement Governors’ Action Plan IV.

Online registration is $175 for the entire four days. The deadline for online registration is April 25, 2025. Onsite registration is $200.

The call for tools is now open! Submissions are requested from any Gulf of Mexico stakeholder interested in sharing more about their online or paper-based tool(s). Please see below for additional information on criteria and format guidelines.

hotel reservations

We have secured group rates for meeting attendees at two hotels. Space is very limited so please book as soon as possible. The deadline for all hotel room block reservations is April 3, 2025.

golden nugget

The Golden Nugget (151 Beach Blvd.) is the All Hands Meeting location. The group rate for meeting attendees is $118 per night. The government rate is $107 per night. Resort fees are waived for both room blocks.

Hilton Garden Inn Biloxi

The Hilton Garden Inn (648 Beach Blvd.) is a 5 minute drive (1.5 miles) from the All Hands Meeting. The group rate for meeting attendees is $169 per night. The government rate is $109 per night.
