The call for abstracts is now open for the Gulf of Mexico Conference 2024 (#GOMCON). We need you to submit a GOMCON abstract to present.
More than 30 sessions are available for presenters including those focused on our priority issues like coastal community resilience, data & monitoring, education & engagement, habitat resources, water resources, wildlife & fisheries, and marine debris.
GOMCON abstract submissions will be accepted through Friday, Oct. 13. There is no abstract submission fee.
GOMCON is Feb. 19-22 in Tampa, Florida. Held at the Tampa Convention Center, this event will bring together more than 1,000 coastal scientists and stakeholders in state and federal government, academia, non-profit, and private sectors to discuss current Gulf research and collaborate on new opportunities. Emphasizing the intersection of science, policy, and management, GOMCON will include sessions on themes that are important to ecosystem and community resilience as well as restoration and natural resource management.
Register now at the early-bird price of only $250. You may also register for Monday workshops ONLY for $50. Regular online registration (January 13 – February 16, 2024) is $300. On site registration is $350.
