A new Wildlife & Fisheries Team project funded through the Gulf Star Program is protecting vulnerable birds in coastal Louisiana. Through a partnership with Audubon, activities include education, outreach, and monitoring to support conservation of beach nesting birds, such as least terns and plovers, along with migratory and wintering birds.
